Prospective clients may call 423.756.2894 to schedule appointments. The office is open on Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The therapists participate in most of the insurance networks in the Chattanooga area.
CBI COUNSELING CENTER STAFF
Our staff includes licensed psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and professional counselors. With sound clinical skills and a compassionate manner, each is equipped to help others work through such issues of concern as: Alcohol/substance abuse; Anxiety; Attention deficit/hyperactivity; Career; Co-dependency; Depression; Eating disorders; Grief and loss; Marriage and family; Parenting; Pervasive developmental disorders; Self-esteem; Sexual abuse/addiction.

PSI COMMUNITY COUNSELING CENTER
The PSI Community Counseling Center offers low-fee services for families and individuals who cannot afford the traditional cost of counseling and do not have adequate insurance to cover mental health services. We work with individuals, couples, and families, in addition to offering workshops and/or ongoing therapy groups out in the community as requested. Services are offered at two locations:

Jana Pressley, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist. Areas of clinical interest include: child and adolescent treatment, marriage and family therapy, women's issues, trama/abuse recovery.
PSI Community Counseling Center Staff:
Carmeisha Arnold, M.A.M.F.T., Marriage & Family Therapist Supervisee. Adolescent and adult psychotherapy, marriage and family therapy (including pre-marital counseling and communication skills training). Areas of clinical interest include: women's issues, depression, coping with post traumatic stress and anxiety, conflict resolution, parenting education/training.
Nanci Reilly, M.A.P.C., Professional Counseling Supervisee. Adolescent and adult psychotherapy, marriage and family therapy. Areas of clinical interest include issues of trauma /abuse, depression, disabilities, and grief counseling.
